 Hotel Distance may vary*(Distance given are from outer border of Masjid Al-Haram & Masjid-e-Nabawi). 

 The tour dates and tour programs are provisional and subject to change without notice.**

 Rooms in Makkah & Madinah Hotels are normally as follows: 2 Person Sharing 1 Room.

 The tour costs are based on SAR @ BDT 23.50/-. Any increase in the given rates at the time of delivery of passport before departures of the tour shall be collected from the passengers as per the prevailing exchange rate of that day. Flight schedule and Itinerary are subject to change without prior notice.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Bangladeshi passports for at least 6 months’ validity having minimum 2 blank pages.

BOOKING POLICY

 Minimum 100% of total amount is needed to book your tour.

 Need to pay booking money before one month of Umrah.

 Balance amount to be paid 30 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing.

 Book through Online deposit to our Bank account or with Cash & Cheque favoring “Haramain Hajj Umrah Limited”.  Bkash & Credit card payment is also accepted. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.

 BDT. 15,000/- per person is NON REFUNDABLE.

 50% of the tour cost if cancelled between 15 to 30 days before departure.

 NO REFUND if cancelled within 15 days of departure.

 Date Change Penalty BDT. 10,000/- per person PLUS fare difference if any. For changes made between 15 to 30 days before departure or else the above cancellations shall apply.

**Package Price can be changed in Saudi Arabia Embassy.

**Umrah Tour date can be changed for some special reason or visa processing time taken by Saudi Arabia Embassy.
